Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a brief look at this Gen-Y anti-rattle clamp for 2 1/2 inch hitch receivers. This anti-rattle device is going to keep your hitch mounted accessory from rattling and swaying inside of your 2 1/2 inch hitch receiver. This will work with your ball mounts, tow bars, and hitch mounted accessories such as your bike racks and cargo carriers. So, this is going to be a fast and easy installation.
You're just going to slip this clamp over your accessory shank and then insert the shank into your hitch receiver and then tighten the bolts down to prohibit movement inside of your hitch receiver. This clamp is made here in the USA of a durable steel construction with this black powder coat finish that's going to help resist rust and corrosion. And again, this is for your 2 1/2 inch hitch receiver.
